For this HR.com article, I was part of a group of leaders and executives who shared our expert insights on employee engagement in resource groups. I shared the importance of visibility and communication for ERGs to be able to connect with employees at an organization. ERGs can make sure their activities are relevant, accessible, and interesting through regular internal communication, clarity on the benefits of engagement, and being open to feedback from their community.
