Accenture BOLD Student Mentorship Program, which Gwenna co-founded, was named one of Diversio’s Top 20 DEI Initiatives of 2022.
When I was at Accenture, I co-founded the BOLD Student Mentorship Program, pairing BIPOC students and recent graduates from Canadian universities with Accenture employees for networking, professional development, and one-to-one mentorship. In the first three cohorts, the BSMP saw 145 students participate. These students also all received and accepted an offer to join Accenture.
