I share my experience working in a large multinational consulting firm, where I was able to specialize in diversity and inclusion strategies and got first-hand experience founding and leading an ERG. I talk about how, in 2022, I launched my independent practice, the lessons I learned from that, and how now I help businesses and leaders make DEI at their organizations meaningful and impactful.
